Mika is an illustrator and graphic designer whose work has appeared in many publications, including magazines, newspapers, greeting cards and on television throughout The United States, Europe, and Japan. She was born in Tokyo Japan and now lives and works in New York City. She has a BFA in illustration from the Fashion Institute of Technology. Since 2020-2023, she has managed the club MIKA, and collaborates with artists, crafts people, and unique food & beverage providers to create a multi-faceted venue in Brooklyn. She was featured in the NYC Journal as one of the Top 20 Women Leaders to Look Out For in 2022.

Tomoko Takeda is a Japanese painter based in New York. In 1998, she began her career as a graphic designer in Tokyo, where she was involved in advertising design and product packaging.

In 2002, she shifted her creative focus and became a chef at Grand Hyatt Tokyo, exploring culinary arts as a means of sensory expression.
In 2019, she relocated to New York to study painting at the Art Students League of New York. Through a diverse range of creative experiences in her career, she continues to develop her unique visual language.
